Refund policy
Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy for incorrect, damaged, or misbound books for domestic orders within Australia. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This policy does not apply to international customers unless claims are made via freight/postal insurance.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ebooks@eplatform.co. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including special order goods (such as overseas special orders), custom products (such as book packs), and consumables. We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or for a change of mind. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
